• AI Optimization audits and reporting
• Schema markup and structured data implementation
• Content strategy and AI-readability optimization
• Knowledge graph integration
• Technical SEO and performance optimization
• Compliance and privacy policy implementation

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written permission
• Respect intellectual property rights of SignalCite and third parties

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, reports, and methodologies are the intellectual property of SignalCite and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• Refunds are subject to the terms of your individual service contract
• SignalCite reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the delivery of services. This includes business strategies, audit results, and technical implementations, unless disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SignalCite provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results in AI search rankings or traffic. While we use industry best practices and follow established optimization frameworks, AI systems are operated by third parties outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
